Job summary

PT. Mungyo Group Indonesia is seeking an organised Finance/Accounting professional based in Indonesia to manage invoice verification, 3-way matching, and payment execution. The role requires attention to aging, voucher preparation, and cross-functional support with HR and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Economics or Accounting and has 2–3 years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong integrity are essential for daily operations and audit

Qualifications

Fluent in English for daily multinational communication.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, or related field.
2–3 years of proven work experience in finance/accounting.
Detail-oriented, accurate, honest and diligent.
Arrive 15 minutes early (7:40 AM) and stay disciplined.

Responsibilities

Verify invoices, tax invoices, receipts, DOs and POs against documents.
Perform three-way matching before processing payments.
Prepare and route payment vouchers for approvals; submit to Finance Manager.
Maintain accounts payable records in Excel; manage aging and DP disbursements.
Manage petty cash and generate daily cash updates; prepare monthly petty cash reports.
Coordinate with HR Supervisor and drivers for procurement and payroll of daily wages.
