Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.

• Track payment workflow status to ensure timely payments.
• Organize payment vouchers for internet banking review and verification.
• Develop payment plans based on due dates and company status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth processing.
• Enter and execute payments in the internet banking system per controls.
• Review employee expense and travel reimbursements per policy.
• File payable vouchers and payment records; record petty cash and sundry expenses.
