Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis. You will drive financial reporting, ensure compliance, and advise leadership on strategic financial decisions.

Based in Serpong, South Tangerang, the role requires a hands-on leader with manufacturing industry insight. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in Finance/Accounting, strong data analysis skills, and a CA or similar credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Expertise with bookkeeping and financial reports.
• Experience with tax reporting; brevet A & B preferred.
• Budgeting experience related to projects or resources in manufacturing.
• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.
• Health, Safety & Work Environment awareness is a top priority.

Responsibilities

This position will oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. You will also be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial recommendations to the leadership team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting Manager or similar role, with minimum 6-10 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting
• Expertise with bookkeeping and financial reports
• Experience with tax (include reporting), having brevet A & B is preferred
• Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources in manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software, etc.)
• Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus
