Company Confidential is seeking a Finance & Accounting supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, including AP/AR, GL, and cash management. You will lead monthly closings, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years in Finance & Accounting with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, along with strong Excel/ERP skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and Indonesian regulations.
• Experienced in monthly closing, financial reconciliation, AP/AR, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience working in a technology, SaaS, fintech, or start-up company is highly preferred.
• Brevet A/B or relevant accounting certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily Finance & Accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and cash management.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead the monthly and annual closing process and prepare financial reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, receivables, and company financial positions.
• Review and reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, AP/AR, and other financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls across finance and accounting processes.
• Coordinate tax compliance and ensure timely preparation and submission of tax-related obligations.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to provide insights for business decision-making.
• Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters.
• Identify financial discrepancies and process improvements, and provide recommendations to management.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the Finance & Accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
