• Practical knowledge of Accounting Software to manage day-to-day accounting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; supervisory or senior accounting experience is beneficial.

Role Description

The Accounting Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records. This position supervises the accounting team, reviews journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers, and monitors compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, coordinating monthly and annual closing processes, and supporting internal and external audits. The Accounting Supervisor collaborates with management to provide financial insights, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial control.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting to support accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid experience with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Candidates should possess proficient Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Accounting Software and related tools to manage day-to-day accounting processes and maintain organized financial records.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and experience in supervisory or senior accounting roles are highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important for success in this role.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, and experience within a manufacturing environment, are advantageous.
