Qualifications

Strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting for accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to management and stakeholders.
Experience with Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Practical knowledge of Accounting Software to manage day-to-day accounting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; supervisory or senior accounting experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations on-site in Surabaya.
Supervise the accounting team and review journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.
Monitor compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements; coordinate monthly and annual closings.
Support internal and external audits and provide financial insights for budgeting and forecasting.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial control.
