INDONATURE TRAVEL is hiring an Accounting Staff specialized in Accounts Receivable for our Bali office in Gianyar. The role requires maintaining records, preparing tax reports, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in accounting and tax reporting, with fluency in English and Indonesian, and experience with accounting software. This is a full-time on-site position offering BPJS health and favorable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Brevet A&B is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ accounting and tax reporting experience in Indonesia.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, PPh, etc.) per Indonesian regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax laws.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Accounting Staff – Travel Company | Based in Gianyar, Bali

INDONATURE TRAVEL is a fast-growing B2B travel company focused on sustainable tourism across Indonesia. We collaborate with travel agencies from Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, and organize tailor‑made trips throughout the archipelago.

To strengthen our finance team, we are currently hiring another Accounting Staff, to be specialized in Account Receivable, to join our Bali office (Gianyar).

Tasks.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, PPh, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting
• Not required, but it can be a plus (higher salary conditions): Assist in financial audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Brevet A&B is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and tax reporting in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Applicable Indonesian Accounting & Tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Used to work with apps/system
