Job summary

PT. Guna Solusindo Utama in Badung, Bali, is seeking an experienced Accountant (Accounting Senior) to provide comprehensive financial support to clients.

The role is based at our YARD Office in Ungasan, Badung, Bali, and requires meticulous accounting and timely transaction recording. You will handle monthly reports, tax administration, bank reconciliations, and document management while coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth financial workflows and compliant financial processes under

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated (D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration).
• 3–4 years of accounting experience, or 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience in service or consulting firms preferred.
• Knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian taxation required.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in accurate and timely recording of clients' daily financial transactions.
• Preparing monthly financial reports: journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Coordinating with project team and management to ensure smooth financial workflow.
• Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
• Assisting with VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc. tax administration.
• Performing routine bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in data preparation for internal and external audit purposes.
• Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.

What you’re doing

Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of clients' daily financial transactions.

Preparing monthly financial reports, such as journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Coordinating with the project team and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.

Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.

Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).

Performing routine bank reconciliations.

Assisting in data preparation for internal and external audit purposes.

Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.

What we’re looking for

Minimum Education D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Minimum 3– 4 years of experience in Accounting or 1 year in a similar position.

Preferably experienced in service or consulting companies.

Understanding of accounting and taxation principles according to PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Meticulous, organized, and able to work with deadlines.

Able to work independently or within a team.

Placement at the YARD Office in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
