PT INTAAYA RETREAT CENTRES in Bali seeks a detail‑oriented Junior Accounting Staff to support daily financial operations in a hospitality setting. Office-based in Sanur with occasional visits to our operational site in Nusa Penida, you will assist with bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliations, and administrative tasks under the Head of Accounting.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive Junior Accounting Staff to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Sanur, Bali, with potential occasional visits to our operational site in Nusa Penida.
Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting, you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks within a dynamic hospitality and retreat company of approximately 50 employees.
English communication skills are required for this role, and prior experience in the hospitality or resort industry is preferred.
Daily Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Accurately record daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Assist in preparing vendor payments, tracking outstanding invoices, issuing client billing, and maintaining clear ledger records.
Petty Cash & Bank Reconciliation: Handle petty cash operations, verify supporting receipts, and conduct routine cash/bank reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance Support: Assist the Head of Accounting in gathering documents and data required for Indonesian tax filings (PPN, PPh, BPJS) and internal compliance.
Inter-site Coordination: Coordinate closely with Nusa Penida operational teams to collect, verify, and consolidate operational expenses, receipts, and inventory reports.
Financial Archiving & Documentation: Maintain a tidy, organized, and secure digital and physical filing system for all financial records to ensure readiness for audits.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong internship background in hospitality are welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax principles (PPN, PPh, BPJS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Jurnal, Accurate, or similar systems is a strong plus.
Prior experience or familiarity with the hospitality, resort, or F&B industry preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment and coordinating between Sanur office and Nusa Penida teams.
Willing to occasionally travel to Nusa Penida when operationally required.
High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility.
