Job summary

PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk is seeking an accounting professional to verify vouchers, reconcile bank statements, and ensure payments meet requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3 years of experience, with PSAK and Coretax knowledge.

Preferred familiarity with Oracle R12 ERP and strong reconciliation/reporting skills will support preparation of GL reports and collaboration with the FA Manager. High-volume transaction experience is essential.

• Verify payment vouchers (Trade and Non-Trade).
• Check settlement of cash advances and corporate credit cards.
• Check incoming payments for event transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation (all banks).
• Verify billing invoices to brands/principals (Non-Trade).
• Prepare GL reports, perform report checking, and assist the FA Manager.
• Ensure all payments meet the payment requirements.

Understands and is experienced with reconciliation and reporting processes

Comfortable handling a high volume of transactions, with the ability to make decisions quickly
