PT GIANDHI DUNIA REKREASI in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role requires 4+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Accurate and SAP, solid AP/AR/GL knowledge, Indonesian tax understanding, and strong Excel skills. This is a full-time on-site position based at SCBD, South Jakarta.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong Indonesian tax knowledge and its application in accounting processes.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis capabilities; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain financial transactions per company policies and standards.
• Process AP, AR, and GL transactions and verify accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy with supporting documents.
• Prepare and review journal entries with proper documentation.
• Assist with monthly closing and internal financial reporting.
• Support audits with required data and coordination with departments.

Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Process and verify Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) transactions.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy between internal records and supporting documents.

Prepare and review accounting journal entries and ensure all transactions are properly supported and documented.

Assist in the monthly financial closing process, including account reviews and necessary adjustments.

Prepare periodic financial reports and accounting data for internal reporting purposes.

Monitor account balances and transactions and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.

Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and supporting documentation.

Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial data and documentation.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting or a related role.

Proficient in Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Good understanding of accounting principles and processes, including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

Good understanding and knowledge of Indonesian taxation and its application in accounting processes.

Strong skills in financial data processing and analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Detail-oriented, accurate, responsible, and highly organized.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
