The role requires strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in Excel, with bilingual communication in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of the company's financial transactions and records
• Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation in a timely manner
• Perform financial reconciliations and maintain accurate financial data
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
