Job summary

Abcpresident is seeking a proactive accountant in Jakarta Pusat to prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, record transactions, and assist monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. You will reconcile general ledger accounts and support audits while producing reports for management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Record and verify financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare accounting reports and schedules as required
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls
