Job summary

Abcpresident is seeking a Finance professional to oversee daily operations and ensure accurate financial transactions in Jakarta. You will monitor cash flow, support budgeting and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to improve business results.

The role requires 2–3 years in Finance or Accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Indonesian and English. You will lead a small team, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate monthly to annual closings while driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance operations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, and financial activities to support business operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve business results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve department objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls.
