Job summary

Evermos, Indonesia, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing, and financial statement preparation, ensuring compliance with PSAK and tax regulations while maintaining strong governance.

You will coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and develop the team to deliver accurate reporting across entities, supporting rapid growth in FMCG distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and taxation regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience with multi-entity financial reporting preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail industries is advantageous.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial record accuracy.
• Manage tax compliance, tax reporting, and statutory submissions with external consultants and authorities.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Strengthen accounting governance, internal controls, and process improvements to enhance reporting quality.
• Develop team capability and ensure consistent execution of accounting and tax processes across all entities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
• Experience handling multi entity financial reporting is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
