Nusantics is seeking a senior finance professional to lead group consolidation, ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance, and oversee tax strategy across all entities. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to financial control and reporting.
The candidate will drive monthly and annual closes, intercompany eliminations, and coordination with external auditors, while developing group accounting policies and optimizing tax processes.
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with leadership experience considered an advantage.
Strong command and understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK/SAK, including PSAK related to consolidation & financial instruments) as well as applicable tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting/ERP software, CoreTax with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Direct experience handling tax audit processes, including SP2DK, tax refunds, objections, and appeals.
Up-to-date on the latest tax regulations (Corporate Income Tax, Income Tax Art. 21/23/26, VAT, transfer pricing, etc.).
Highly initiative-driven and proactive in identifying issues and process improvement opportunities without requiring direction.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with high integrity and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of company financial data.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail in operational execution.
Job Description:
Prepare, analyze, and review the group's financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) accurately and on time in accordance with applicable PSAK/IFRS.
Provide in-depth analysis of the group's financial condition (financial health, profitability, liquidity, solvency) along with strategic insights and recommendations to management/the Board of Directors.
Conduct budget vs actual variance analysis at both the entity and group level, and explain the causes and impacts.
Perform intercompany transaction eliminations (intercompany receivables-payables, intercompany sales/purchases, etc.) and ensure consolidation adjustments are carried out correctly.
Oversee the monthly and annual closing process across all entities as well as group consolidation (month-end & year-end closing).
Act as the main coordinator for the external audit process across all entities.
Be involved in developing group accounting policies to ensure consistency across all entities.
Ensure compliance of all entities within the group with applicable tax regulations (Corporate Income Tax, Income Tax Art. 21/23/26, VAT, etc.).
Review periodic and annual tax returns (SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan) for all entities.
Oversee the collection process and monitoring of trade receivables across all group entities.
Monitor AR aging and ensure mitigation measures are in place for problematic/overdue receivables.
Be involved in the group's budgeting and forecasting process.
Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, notaries, banks, and other external parties.
