Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. You will supervise GL, balance sheet, and cash flow activities, and coordinate the external audit with comprehensive data and documentation.

The role involves enforcing fixed asset governance, CAPEX monitoring within approved budgets, and implementing robust accounting procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor and review General Ledger, Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow accounts for accuracy.
• Coordinate the annual external audit process with required data and documentation.
• Monitor CAPEX allocation to stay within budgets and business plans.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and fixed asset governance.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Monitor and review General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow accounts to ensure accurate accounting treatment and identify potential discrepancies.

Coordinate the annual external audit process, including providing required data and supporting documentation.

Monitor and control CAPEX allocation to ensure spending remains within approved budgets and business plans.

Develop and implement accounting procedures and fixed asset governance in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Ensure proper recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of fixed assets between accounting records and physical assets.

Lead, coach, and manage the Accounting team to achieve productivity and performance objectives.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Accounting.

Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards and financial reporting regulations, including taxation.

Experience in team management and people development.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience in a similar industry/company is a plus.
