PT Korea Visa Center Jakarta is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the accounting and finance functions in Jakarta. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensure accurate GL/AP/AR records, and lead closing processes to maintain timeliness and accuracy.
You will also coordinate tax activities, strengthen internal controls, and mentor the finance team while supporting budgeting and cash-flow monitoring.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconciliations of other financial accounts.
Ensure financial reports are prepared accurately and in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare daily closing reports and daily cash flow reports to ensure accurate and timely financial monitoring.
Perform quality control (QC) reviews of financial transactions to ensure accurate and proper recording in the accounting system.
Prepare and coordinate weekly payment schedules in accordance with company policies and cash flow requirements.
Prepare employee payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Perform quality control (QC) on delivery reports and ensure accurate and complete data entry into the Accurate accounting system.
Tax Management and Compliance
Oversee the calculation, reconciliation, and reporting of corporate taxes in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Coordinate with external tax consultants and independent auditors during tax reviews, audits, and other compliance activities.
Ensure all financial transactions and accounting practices comply with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
Monitor tax compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of tax returns and related documentation.

Team Management and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and finance team.
Provide guidance, coaching, and regular training to team members on proper accounting practices and procedures.
Develop, implement, and periodically review financial and accounting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Promote a strong culture of accuracy, accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement within the accounting team.
Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Internal Controls
Oversee the preparation and management of the company's annual budget, financial forecasts, and periodic budget reviews.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and operating expenses to support effective financial management.
Analyze financial performance and provide relevant insights to management for business and financial decision-making.
Strengthen and maintain effective internal control systems to minimize the risk of accounting errors, financial misstatements, and potential fraud.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, cost efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.
