Job summary

PT. KAIYU PACKING TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA seeks an experienced Accounting & Finance leader to build our systems from the ground up in Cikarang Selatan. You will shape procedures, implement charts of accounts, and establish controls.

You will manage GL, AP, AR, and monthly/annual reports, while driving budgeting, cash flow, and audit readiness. The role requires building or developing robust Accounting & Finance systems, deep knowledge of financial reporting and taxation, and strong leadership to

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
Experience building or developing Accounting & Finance systems from scratch.
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, reconciliation, and taxation.
Understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, integrity, responsible, and accustomed to working with targets.
Experience in manufacturing companies is an added value.

Responsibilities

Build and implement Accounting & Finance systems and procedures from the initial stage.
Prepare SOPs, workflows, chart of accounts, and internal control systems.
Manage financial transactions, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
Manage budgeting, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax obligations and regulations.
Prepare documents and data required for audit purposes.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Lead and evaluate the work of the Accounting & Finance team.
