Kibarer Group in Bali seeks an experienced and hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our Group Accounting & Finance function and ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, budgeting and internal controls across the multi-entity group.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our Group Accounting & Finance function.
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, budgeting, financial controls and accounting operations across the Group.
The successful candidate will work closely with Group Management, operational teams, project teams and external advisorsto provide reliable financial information and support sound business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the Group's day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.
Review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Review consolidation reports across Group entities and businesses.
Ensure accounting records and reconciliations are accurate and complete.
Analyze financial performance and significant variances.
Prepare financial reports and analysis for Group Management.
Monitor the financial performance and profitability of individual businesses and projects.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process across the Group.
Coordinate budget preparation with relevant departments and business units.
Monitor actual performance against budget.
Prepare rolling forecasts and year-end projections.
Identify financial risks, variances and opportunities.
Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
Taxation & Compliance
Oversee Group tax compliance and reporting.
Review PPh, PPN, PHR and other applicable taxes.
Ensure tax payments and filings are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with tax consultants, KPP, Dispenda and other relevant authorities.
Handle and coordinate tax audits/examinations.
Review fiscal reconciliation and tax adjustments.
Monitor potential tax risks and ensure appropriate action is taken.
Cash Flow & Financial Control
Monitor Group cash flow and liquidity.
Review payment schedules and significant financial commitments.
Monitor bank balances, loans and financing obligations.
Establish and maintain strong financial controls.
Ensure proper segregation of duties between preparation, checking and approval.
Review and improve accounting and finance procedures and SOPs.
Audit
Prepare and review audit supporting schedules and documentation.
Coordinate tax audits and examinations.
Follow up audit findings and required corrective actions.
Lead and manage the Group Accounting & Finance team.
Supervise the Finance & Accounting Supervisor and accounting team members.
Allocate responsibilities and priorities.
Review the team's work and performance.
Provide training and guidance.
Develop a strong and accountable finance team.
Ensure deadlines and reporting requirements are consistently met.
Management Support
Provide accurate and timely financial information to Group Management.
Highlight key financial issues, risks and opportunities.
Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Support management in budgeting, investment, project and operational decisions.
Work closely with management to improve financial processes and controls across the Group.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and taxation.
Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Experience handling tax compliance and tax audits.
Experience with Xero or other accounting systems is an advantage.
Experience in hospitality, property development, real estate, villa management or a multi-entity business group is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
