Job description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function across our growing multi-brand restaurant group.

This is a key management role for an accounting professional who is experienced in managing multiple legal entities and multiple outlets, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective accounting controls, and timely tax compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in F&B/Restaurant operations, with the ability to consolidate accounting data across multiple PTs and outlets, work closely with cross-functional teams, and lead the Accounting team in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely Financial Statements in accordance with PSAK.

Consolidate and review accounting and financial data from multiple PTs/legal entities and multiple outlets.

Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and supported by proper documentation.

Review the Accounting team's work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.

Provide direction and solutions for accounting issues and coordinate with relevant departments.

Conduct financial analysis and provide relevant insights to support management decision-making.

Monitor and control accounting transactions and supporting documentation.

Conduct and coordinate stock opname and ensure proper reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records.

Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

Ensure accounting processes and controls are implemented consistently across outlets and entities.

3. Tax Compliance & Reporting

Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual tax calculations and reporting in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Manage and coordinate tax audits and SP2DK, including preparation of required supporting data and documents.

Oversee PPh 21 and Corporate Income Tax reporting for multiple PTs.

Prepare and submit LKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal) in accordance with applicable requirements and deadlines.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounting team to ensure effective execution of daily accounting activities.

Provide briefing, coaching, and training to improve team accuracy and capability.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve accounting and financial issues.

Promote accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the Accounting function.

Key Success Measures

Financial Reporting Accuracy — Ensure financial statements and accounting reports are accurate and completed within the required deadlines.

Consolidation & Data Accuracy — Ensure accounting data from multiple PTs and outlets is properly consolidated and reconciled.

Tax Compliance — Ensure monthly and annual tax obligations are accurately calculated and reported within the required deadlines.

Accounting Control — Minimize accounting errors and ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and inventory control.

Team Performance — Build an Accounting team that consistently delivers accurate and timely work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting — mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager / Accounting & Tax Manager or equivalent managerial position.

Minimum **5 years of experience in the F&B / Restaurant industry.

Proven experience consolidating accounting and financial data from multiple PTs/legal entities and multiple outlets.

Strong understanding of accounting processes, monthly closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Strong understanding of tax calculation, compliance, and reporting, including PPh 21 and Corporate Income Tax.

Experience handling tax audits and SP2DK is preferred.

Experience conducting stock opname and inventory reconciliation.

Familiar with ERP / Accounting Systems.

Experience working in an F&B company with a Central Kitchen is preferred.

Experience managing multiple brands and multiple outlets is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and develop an Accounting team.

Able to work effectively with deadlines and collaborate across multiple business functions.

English proficiency is a plus.
