Job summary

Facetology is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead in Jakarta to oversee daily AR operations and guide a dedicated AR team. You will drive reporting of sales data and performance, plus lead strategic initiatives like returns, distributor onboarding, and process improvements.

Collaborate with distributors, modern trade, key accounts, and banking partners, ensuring timely issue resolution while maintaining accurate invoicing and tax-related practices. WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, 1 year leading a team is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

As An Accounts Receivable Lead, You Will

• Oversee day‑to‑day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and manage the AR team's workload.
• Lead the preparation and reporting of sales data and performance.
• Drive and execute strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, including product returns, new distributor onboarding and transitions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer cases and collaborate with key stakeholders, including distributors, modern trade and key account customers, banking partners, Sales, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with1 year of team lead experience or experience leading a team considered an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of invoice processing procedures
• Knowledge of taxation, including tax mapping and the tax implications of transactions
• Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
• Willing to WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
