Job summary

Lokale Resort & Villas Bali Pererenan is seeking an Account Receivable & Income specialist to support the Finance team in Bali. The role focuses on monitoring revenue across Rooms, F&B, and other outlets, reconciling daily figures.

You will handle invoices, AR, aging, and collaboration with Front Office and Sales to ensure accurate revenue and timely collections.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily hotel revenue from Rooms, F&B, OTA, and other outlets.
• Conduct daily income audit and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Manage invoices, accounts receivable, and outstanding payments.
• Follow up customer/corporate payments and maintain AR aging.
• Identify and resolve billing or revenue discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Sales, and Accounting to ensure accurate revenue and collections.
