AYANA Hospitality Bali is seeking an experienced Income Auditor to join Bali's premier integrated resort. You will conduct multi-department audits, review financial documents, and prepare daily revenue reports to support month-end close.

The role emphasizes sharp analytical skills, advanced Excel, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with department heads, help with budgets, and recommend improvements to revenue processes within our 5-star operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• 2+ years as an Income Auditor in a 5-star resort.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with OPERA PMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Audit all departments to verify revenue accuracy.
• Review invoices and receipts for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and assist month-end closes.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial data and report findings.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely revenue reporting.
• Assist in budgets and financial forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest changes.
