Job summary

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts seeks a qualified Income Auditor to ensure accuracy of revenue reports and to verify supporting documents from diverse revenue sources. The role includes surprise checks and governance of access rights to strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a background in accounting, leadership experience, and strong English and Indonesian communication skills for effective collaboration with management and teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting or related background.
• 3+ years of Income Audit experience, preferably in hospitality.
• 2–3 years in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience leading or supervising a team/department.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

To ensure all revenue reports prepared by the Income Auditors are correct, verifying documents submitted by various revenue generating sources towards completeness of revenue captured, to ensure the comprising of surprise/spot checks and user access right towards effective internal control, producing timely report for management decision making

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting or related background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Income Audit, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Previous experience in leading or supervising a team/department.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
