Job summary

Alternative Beach in Badung, Bali is seeking an AR & Revenue Audit professional to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of accounts receivable and revenue processes. You will provide oversight of financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement controls that protect the organisation's financial health while supporting business growth.

You should have at least 1 year of AR/hotel accounting experience, familiarity with Xero, Cloudbeds PMS, Abacus/Lightspeed POS, and OTA

Qualifications

Min. 1 year experience in AR/hotel accounting.
Familiar with Xero, PMS (Cloudbeds), POS (Abacus/Lightspeed) & OTA.
Detail-oriented and organized in daily tasks.
Honest, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily revenue and payment activities.
Reconcile PMS/POS, OTA and payment transactions.
Monitor and reconcile daily revenue from accommodation and restaurant.
Prepare AR and reconciliation reports.
Assist with monthly closing.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AR & Revenue Audit professional to join Alternative Beach in Badung, Bali. This role is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of our accounts receivable and revenue processes. As AR & Revenue Audit specialist, you will provide critical oversight of financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement controls that protect the organisation's financial health whilst supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
