Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA mencari staff piutang untuk melakukan rekonsiliasi pembayaran melalui POS, laporan bank, dan penyelesaian platform agregator. Peran ini juga melibatkan rekonsiliasi terhadap General Ledger serta dokumentasi bukti transaksi.

Posisi ini mensyaratkan ketelitian dalam data keuangan, kemampuan berkoordinasi antar departemen, dan kemampuan bekerja dengan ERP Oracle NetSuite. Bergabunglah untuk menjaga akurasi data keuangan perusahaan.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan rekonsiliasi harian semua pembayaran dengan data POS dan laporan penyelesaian bank.
• Rekonsiliasi transaksi bank dengan General Ledger secara bulanan dan harian.
• Mengecek laporan penyelesaian platform agregator (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood) dengan data penjualan internal.
• Menyelesaikan selisih pembayaran pelanggan terhadap faktur dan saldo piutang.
• Menyusun laporan rekonsiliasi harian MOP, rekonsiliasi bank bulanan, serta ringkasan penyelesaian agregator.
• Dukungan penutupan buku bulan/tahun dengan entri rekonsiliasi di ERP Oracle NetSuite.

Job Requirement

• Perform daily reconciliation of all payment methods against POS system data and bank settlement reports.
• Reconcile bank statement transactions with General Ledger on a daily and monthly basis, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Reconcile aggregator platform settlement reports (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood) against internal sales data, including verification of net payouts after MDR and commission deductions.
• Reconcile customer payments against invoices and outstanding balances to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of reconciliation supporting documents, including bank statements, settlement reports, payment receipts, and transaction evidence.
• Identify, investigate, and document root causes of reconciliation discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with Finance, Outlet Operations, and relevant internal teams.
• Coordinate with Outlet, Finance, and internal departments to resolve billing, payment, and transaction discrepancies — ensuring data consistency across all systems.
• Prepare regular reconciliation reports including daily MOP reconciliation, monthly bank reconciliation, and aggregator settlement summary reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring all reconciliation entries are properly recorded in the ERP system (Oracle NetSuite).
• Maintain accurate and complete reconciliation records in accordance with company procedures, and support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.
