Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Familiarity with accounting software and AP principles.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and adherence to company policies.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and manage the weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing of all AP-related documents.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
