Job summary

Csulfinance in Jakarta Selatan seeks a customer-centric finance sales professional to identify new customers and maintain existing relationships. You will present financing options, gather and verify documents, and drive targets with profitability in mind.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in finance, strong English, and excellent negotiation and account management skills. Growth opportunities across national branches are available.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in financial services (heavy equipment).
• Strong English, negotiation, selling, and account management skills are required.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to be placed at national branches across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify new companies with potential to become customers.

• Looking for information on new companies that have the potential become customers.
• Communicating with existing customers to mantain and obtain information about financing needs.
• Make offers to customers related to financing plans or additional financing.
• Collecting, checking and verifying customer documents and other relevant information with a plan for financing new or existing customers.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets according to the targets set by the company with the optimal level of profitability.
• Ensuring credit approval has a low level of risk to the level of security and optimal loan repayment in accordance with credit approval matrix.
• Ensure the good relations with customers and suppliers to provide the best financial solution.
• Examine financing assets that are used as collateral company.

Requirement(s):

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree form reputable university
• At least have 2 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position and experience in Financial company (heavy equipment) will be plus
• Quick response, and customer service orientation.
