Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Supervisor or Manager level, with team management and branch profitability experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B/Corporate Financing in mining, construction, plantation, and infrastructure sectors.

Role Description

The Business Manager HETO – All Indonesia is a contract, on-site role based in Pontianak, responsible for driving business growth in the Heavy Equipment and Truck Ownership (HETO) segment. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with dealers, vendors, and corporate clients, and overseeing end-to-end financing processes. The Business Manager will monitor sales performance, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and prepare regular reports on portfolio quality and market trends. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure smooth transaction execution and high customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

• Achieve Heavy Equipment Financing business and portfolio targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, suppliers, customers, and business partners.
• Monitor business pipelines, credit applications, and sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential.
• Lead and monitor the Business/Marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Heavy Equipment, Trucking, and Machinery financing products.
• Strong business development and market expansion skills, including dealer network development, channel expansion, and new customer acquisition.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the multifinance industry, with at least 3 years specializing in Heavy Equipment Financing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at Supervisor or Manager level, preferably with experience in team management, business target achievement, and branch profitability.
• Strong understanding of B2B/Corporate Financing, particularly in the mining, construction, plantation, and infrastructure sectors.
