You will coordinate with technical and operations teams, respond to inquiries, monitor account performance, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining CRM records and delivering regular reports.

Qualifications

• Must have account management and client service experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in telecommunications or related tech industries.
• Proficiency with CRM and office tools and basic data analysis for reporting.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Cirebon, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Indonesian; English is an advantage.
