Job summary

PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana, based in Jakarta, seeks a Sales Engineer to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and promote Cisco and IT security solutions to enterprise customers.

You will build relationships from entry to executive levels, own the selling and bid processes, and report on targets and KPIs while collaborating with the technical team to deliver winning solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling System Integrator products (Cisco, IT Security).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategy and expose company products and services to customers.
• Build deep customer relationships from entry to executive levels.
• Own and monitor the selling and bid processes to achieve results.

Job description

Identify opportunities, deeply explore the opportunity and information, strengthen the probability and develop solutions strategies within the technical team, principals, or other parties involved.

Develop and conduct account strategy, exposure company products and services portfolio, and mapping with customer organizations and business opportunities.

Build Deep Customer Relationships, maintain long-term relationship, and broaden network relationship at the customer site from entry-level to executive level (key contact persons)

Taking ownership to plan, conduct, lead, and monitor the selling process, bid process, and result-oriented of the process.

Responsible for reporting, sales target number, KPI, and productivity

Job Requirements:

Experience in handling System Integrator products (Cisco, IT Security) is a MUST.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): good skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation

Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
