Job summary

Shining 3D is expanding its dental digital product sales in Indonesia. As a Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations, manage distributor relationships, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, English proficiency, and the willingness to travel frequently. We seek dynamic, self-driven professionals who can work autonomously and contribute to the growth of our IO Scanning, digital workflow, and other dental product lines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network in Indonesia for the dental digital products.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors for effective collaboration and performance.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of product features to effectively represent the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and development of KOLs/KOCs.

The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
