Job summary

RPX is seeking a Pricing Specialist to craft price calculations aligned with customer requirements and to collaborate with vendor management and operations for feasibility and third-party costing. You will prepare renewal price and P&L analytics for approvals and keep costing in RACOS up to date for customized pricing.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support pricing accuracy across domestic markets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare price calculations based on customer requirements and define clear terms between RPX and customers.
• Coordinate with support teams (vendor management, operation) to ensure customer requirements can be executed by RPX and obtain third-party costing if using third-party vendors/agents.
• Prepare price and P&L calculations for customer renewal rates.
• Provide profit and loss calculations to obtain management approval during price negotiations.
• Update costing in RACOS when projects or customers use customized pricing.
• Assist Pricing Analyst in updating Standard ABC Cost or any standard cost and publish domestic rates when necessary.

Job description

Prepare price calculation based on requirement from customer and ensure clear term and condition between RPX Side and customer inquiries.

Align with other support team (vendor management, operation) to make sure customer requirement can be run by RPX and to get third party costing if operation plan using third party (vendor / agent).

Prepare price and pnl calculation for customer renewal rate.

Provide profit and loss calculation to get approval from management if customer negotiate price.

Update costing in RACOS if project or customer using customized based price.

Support Pricing Analyst for updating Standard ABC Cost, or any standard cost and Publish rate Domestic (if necessary).
