Job summary

PT. Varnion Technology Semesta in Jakarta is seeking fresh graduates for a structured sales trainee program. You will learn Varnion’s products, sales process, and business communication while building your prospecting and outreach skills.

You will support meetings, quotations, and proposals, maintain CRM data, and complete a three-month training program with monthly evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with entry-level sales experience are welcome.
• Strong interest in sales, technology, and business development.
• Confident, communicative, and comfortable delivering presentations.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM), own a personal vehicle, and be willing to complete the three-month training program.
