Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major; minimum GPA 3.00.
• 1–2 years in sales, media, advertising or digital marketing; fresh grads welcome.
• Target-driven with strong sales and client management mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of media trends is a plus.
• Well-groomed, professional demeanor with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and prospect new business.
• Deliver customized media solutions (TV, digital, branded content).
• Develop and execute sales strategies, including price negotiations.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Prepare sales proposals, client presentations, and performance reports.
• Handle full sales cycle from planning to closing with professionalism.
• Participate in pitches, client meetings, and post-sales service.
