Job summary

DBSI T&O, Jakarta Head Office, seeks a professional to manage static data maintenance with precision and speed, supporting central operations and technology across the bank. The role is based in Jakarta on a fixed-term contract and full-time status.

You will perform daily account maintenance, support UAT for account services, and ensure strict compliance with SOPs, internal policies, and external regulations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end static data maintenance with 100% accuracy and good speed.
• Perform daily account maintenance as requested by BU or other department.
• Support UAT related to account services and participate in process improvement projects.
• Maintain daily operation controls, email tracking, and DWOR.
• Provide leave cover for unavailable CB Account Services staff.
• Escalate problems/issues to supervisor promptly.
• Comply with mandatory regulations (SOP, SLA, Code of Conduct, OJK/BI regulations, DBSI rules).
• Maintain good relationships with other departments, BUs, branches, and teams within T&O.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily account maintenance as requested by business units.
• Assist in UAT testing and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and branches to maintain data integrity.
