Job summary

DBS is seeking a personnel for the DBSI T&O function at the Jakarta Head Office. This is a Contract (Fixed Term) Full time role, designed to support daily and monthly operations, with emphasis on task completion, accurate reporting, and robust data maintenance.

The position operates within DBS's Technology & Operations ecosystem, supporting core banking services including Digibank and IBG/GTS, and offers exposure to enterprise-scale processes in a leading Asia-Pacific bank.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring completion all the given tasks (daily or monthly)
• Perform daily reporting and ensuring the report precision and accuracy
• Doing the exception handling cases (financial and non-financial transactions) based on procedures
• Escalate for any anomaly / exception related to supervisor
• Ensure daily data maintenance can run smoothly
