Job summary

Seven Retail is hiring a Commercial Junior Associate to support BAU operations, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and other internal teams, and drive data-driven decision making for strategic commercial projects.

You will collect and analyze project data, monitor KPIs, design dashboards, and assist in cross-functional planning and execution to help the business scale across its lifestyle services platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years in project management/coordination, business operations, or commercial analysis (relevant internships accepted).
• Advanced Google Sheets & Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and structured problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Management consulting background, commercial project exposure, or prior experience collaborating with Product/Engineering/Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BAU operations for strategic commercial projects, alignment on project roadmaps, and end-to-end tracking of action items.
• Liaise with internal business units and tech teams (Product, Engineering, Data) to align project scope, expectations, and timelines.
• Collect, clean, and analyze project data to measure outcome metrics. Monitor KPIs proactively to flag risks or performance gaps early.
• Design and maintain project tracking dashboards; deliver regular status reports to leadership.
• Assist cross-functional teams in strategic planning and execution.

Your Day-to-Day
