Job summary

Wira's Playroom in South Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Therapist Behavioral (ABA/VB) to join our pediatric therapy team in a full-time role. You will deliver evidence-based ABA and VB interventions to children with developmental needs, collaborating with clinicians, families, and educators to support meaningful progress.

Ideal candidates have ABA/VB credentials and 2–3 years of hands-on experience, with strong data-collection skills and a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on ABA/VB therapy with children.
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement, data collection, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and analyses to design individualised treatment plans.
• Apply ABA and VB techniques per clinical protocols.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions with positive reinforcement and other strategies.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicate with families to provide guidance and education on strategies at home.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
• Stay current with ABA/VB best practices through ongoing training.
