Job summary

Wira's Playroom is expanding its clinical team and seeks an Occupational Therapist to lead 1:1 pediatric sessions and implement tailored intervention plans. The role involves conducting assessments and tracking progress under supervision, with regular case reviews.

You will partner with parents and educators to ensure seamless home-school carryover while maintaining confidential records and escalating concerns when needed. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent professional credential.
• Active professional license (STR) where applicable.
• Proven ability to conduct 1:1 pediatric interventions and document outcomes.
• Experience tracking clinical data and applying behavioral, academic, or developmental plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity 1:1 sessions (approx. 5–6 clients per day) implementing IEPs/BIPs.

• Track session data and present case reviews every 3 months.
• Collaborate daily with parents, teachers, and educators for progress updates and home-school carryover.

Wira's Playroom is an inclusive learning space where children grow with joy, dignity, and acceptance—supported holistically to become confident learners and individuals. We are expanding our clinical team and looking for passionate, hands-on, and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join us.

Key responsibilities

Run high-fidelity, day-to-day 1:1 sessions (approximately 5–6 clients per day) executing IEPs/BIPs and targeting specialized student goals

Conduct functional, baseline, and specialized field assessments within your domain under the observation and review of the supervising Psychologist

Track session data (ABC charts, skill acquisition, motor/sensory/speech/educational goals), maintain daily records, and present case reviews to the team every 3 months

Partner daily with parents, teachers, and educators to share progress updates and ensure seamless home-school carryover

Manage everyday Level 1 concerns directly while immediately escalating Level 2–3 issues, or safeguarding concerns to your supervising Psychologist

About you

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Relevant professional degree/certification

Hold an active professional license (STR) where applicable

Proven capability in managing 1:1 pediatric interventions, tracking clinical session data, and implementing behavioral, academic, or developmental plans

Fluent in speaking English and excellent professional communication in Bahasa Indonesia

High empathy, emotional maturity, excellent teamwork, strict client data discretion, and strong adaptability across classroom and home-visit settings
