Job summary

Blubridge Center in Surabaya, Indonesia, is seeking a customer service or inbound sales professional to support families seeking ABA therapy. You will handle inquiries, guide parents through programs, and help enroll children into our services with a compassionate, information-driven approach.

The role emphasizes clear communication in English, coordination with an administrative team, and timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into consultations and assessments. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience in Customer Service or Inbound Sales a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to inbound inquiries by providing information about Blubridge Center's therapy services, programs, and enrollment process.
• Understand parents' needs and concerns and provide relevant information, individualized based on their child's needs.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and convert inbound inquiries into consultations and assessments.
• Coordinate with the administrative team to support a smooth enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up progress using the Blum system.
