Job summary

Blubridge Center in Surabaya is seeking a proactive Customer Service/Inbound Sales specialist to guide parents through our ABA therapy programs and enrollment process.

You will respond to inquiries, tailor information to each family’s needs, and coordinate with the admin team to ensure a smooth enrollment journey, while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing Indonesian center network.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Inbound Sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to inbound inquiries by providing information about Blubridge Center's therapy services, programs, and enrollment process.
• Understand parents' needs and concerns and provide relevant information, individualized based on their child's needs.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and convert inbound inquiries into consultations and assessments.
• Coordinate with the administrative team to support a smooth enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up progress using the Blum system.
