Job summary

PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia seeks a seasoned Vehicle Registration Team Leader for 2Wheels, to oversee end-to-end registration, document handling, and coordination with external parties. This on-site Jakarta role requires leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proven track record in vehicle registration workflows.

You will manage a team, ensure timely processing, and drive process improvements while maintaining strict compliance with SOPs and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of vehicle registration or related experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of STNK, BPKB, Samsat processes and vehicle registration procedures.
• Excellent admin, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Vehicle Registration team in managing end-to-end vehicle registration processes for 2-wheeler operations.
• Oversee the preparation, submission, and processing of vehicle registration documents, including STNK, BPKB, and related documents.
• Ensure all vehicle registration documents are accurate, complete, and processed within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with Samsat, dealers, leasing companies, and other external parties to ensure smooth registration processes.
• Monitor the team's registration progress and resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of vehicle registration status and outstanding cases.
• Develop and improve registration procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
• Ensure the team complies with policies, SOPs, and vehicle registration regulations.
• Lead, coach, and monitor team performance to achieve targets and service levels.
• Prepare regular reports for management on progress and performance.
