Job summary

Green SM Indonesia is expanding its electric two-wheel operations and seeks a Vehicle Management Manager – 2W in Jakarta to lead end-to-end fleet management, including availability, maintenance, and cost control.

You will develop maintenance standards, monitor performance dashboards, and build a strong vehicle-management team across depots, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Safety. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing motorcycle or two-wheel vehicle fleets is required.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, workshop operations, spare parts, asset control, and vehicle documentation.
• Excellent analytical, planning, vendor-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of the two-wheel vehicle fleet from receipt to disposal.
• Develop preventive maintenance, repair, inspection, and readiness standards.
• Ensure sufficient vehicle availability to support targets.
• Monitor fleet condition, utilization, downtime, costs, and performance; coordinate documentation and registrations.
• Manage relationships with workshops, spare-parts suppliers, towing providers, inspection vendors, and other partners.
• Establish controls for keys, batteries, accessories, documents, and assets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Safety, and others.
• Develop dashboards and regular reports on availability, maintenance, incidents, costs, and risks.
• Lead and develop the vehicle management team across depots.

Green SM Indonesia is expanding, and we are preparing to launch our electric two-wheel vehicle operations. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Management Manager – 2W to lead the end-to-end management of our electric bike fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, safety, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the two-wheel vehicle fleet, from vehicle receipt and registration to deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.
• Develop preventive maintenance, repair, inspection, and vehicle readiness standards.
• Ensure sufficient vehicle availability to support operational and business targets.
• Monitor fleet condition, utilization, downtime, repair costs, and overall vehicle performance.Coordinate vehicle documentation, registration, ownership transfer, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with workshops, spare-parts suppliers, towing providers, inspection vendors, and other external partners.
• Establish effective controls for vehicle keys, batteries, accessories, documents, and physical assets.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Safety, and other relevant teams.
• Develop dashboards and regular reports covering fleet availability, maintenance status, incidents, cost, and operational risks.
• Lead and develop the vehicle management team while ensuring strong execution across depots.

Requirements

• Experience managing motorcycle or two-wheel vehicle fleets is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, workshop operations, spare parts, asset control, and vehicle documentation.
• Strong analytical, planning, vendor-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to build systems and processes in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with operational data, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
