Job summary

Dharma Group is a well-established OEM manufacturer with multiple subsidiaries, located in Tanggerang (Balaraja), Cikarang, and Karawang. We seek a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Continuous Improvement.
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 5S/5R implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets in line with KPIs.
• Oversee production operations by optimizing material utilization, manpower, capacity, and processes.
• Analyze and resolve production issues through corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive manufacturing systems implementation (TPS, TPM, QCC) to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, WI, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Health, Safety, 5R standards.
• Develop team capabilities by enhancing operators' skills, discipline, and quality awareness.
• Oversee mass production readiness and ensure accuracy of SAP transactions.

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), IATF 16949, ISO 14001, as well as Health, Safety, and 5R standards.
• Develop team capabilities by enhancing operators' skills, discipline, and quality awareness.
• Oversee new product mass production readiness and ensure the accuracy of production administration, including SAP transactions.
