Job summary

PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk mencari profesional TI untuk bergabung sebagai NOC/Operasional. Peran ini meliputi pemantauan 24/7, deteksi insiden, eskalasi sesuai SLA, dan koordinasi lintas tim untuk menjaga ketersediaan sistem perusahaan.

Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pencatatan insiden di ITSM, pelaporan SLA/KPI bulanan, serta serah terima shift dengan overlap 30 menit. Kualifikasi minimal S1 TI dan pengetahuan dasar server, jaringan, dan database diperlukan.

Qualifications

• Gelar minimal S1 Teknologi Informasi atau setara.
• Familiaritas dengan alat pemantauan TI dan prosedur NOC.
• Kemampuan mengklasifikasi, mencatat, dan mengelevasi insiden menurut matriks tingkat keparahan.
• Pemahaman dasar mengenai lingkungan server, jaringan, dan database.
• Kemampuan menggunakan sistem tiket ITSM dengan baik.
• Disiplin saat serah terima shift dan kelangsungan insiden.

Responsibilities

• Pemantauan 24/7 terhadap sistem TI: server, jaringan, basis data, dan aplikasi.
• Deteksi insiden tingkat-1, klasifikasi, dan eskalasi sesuai matriks SLA.
• Manajemen serah terima shift dengan overlap 30 menit.
• Pencatatan, pelacakan, dan penyelesaian insiden dalam sistem ITSM bank.
• Pelaporan operasional harian dan pelaporan SLA/KPI bulanan.
• Koordinasi dengan tim lain (Database, Jaringan, Server, Developer) terkait insiden tingkat aplikasi.

Job description

• Round‑the‑clock monitoring of all IT systems: servers, network, databases, and applications
• First‑level incident detection, classification, and escalation per SLA severity matrix
• Shift handover management: mandatory 30‑minute overlap between consecutive shifts
• Incident logging, tracking, and closure in the Bank's ITSM ticketing system
• Daily operational reporting and monthly SLA/KPI reporting
• Coordination with others (Database, Network, Server, Developer etc.) on application-layer incidents

Requirements

Minimum education: S1 Teknologi Informasi, or equivalent

• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and NOC/command centre procedures
• Ability to classify, log, and elevate incidents per severity matrix
• Basic understanding of server, network, and database environments
• Proficiency with ITSM ticketing systems
• Strong discipline in shift handover and incident continuity procedures
