Job summary

Erajaya Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to management, shaping talent programs and HR policies. You will analyze HR data, address relations issues, and drive recruitment across the territory from our base in Jakarta Pusat.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HRBP/HR generalist roles, strong HR knowledge, and excellent collaboration skills. Willingness to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Borneo, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience as HR business partner or HR generalist.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting HR metrics and insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking to address HR-related challenges.
• Familiarity with HR information systems and technology.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Borneo.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partner support to management for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
• Assist in designing and delivering talent management programs (performance, learning, succession).
• Contribute to implementation of HC policies, procedures and best practices.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Partner with HR team to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
• Coordinate and execute HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support and HR guidance to the business.
• End-to-end recruitment within the territory.
