Job summary

KPay Group in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive HR & Learning Coordinator to support talent development, data-driven insights, and culture-building activities on-site. You will help run leadership programs, analyze engagement and attrition, and coordinate internal communications to foster a sense of belonging.

Working on-site in Hong Kong, you will drive HR projects, track progress, and ensure documentation is up to date, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Talent & Learning Programs – Support end-to-end execution of development programs (e.g., leadership workshops, training). Analyze feedback and manage learning resources.
