Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Specialist to lead Windows 11 migration and EDR security initiatives for about 400 endpoints.

You will plan, test, deploy, and verify migrations while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet the 2027 target; provide IT support across enterprise environments and ensure security configurations are aligned with policy requirements. Qualifications

Higher Diploma in IT
At least 4 years experience in IT, especially Windows 11 migration
Experience in OS upgrade projects and/or IT security solutions (e.g. EDR)
Experience in office IT setup, LAN/network implementation, mobile devices, and enterprise desktop/server management
Admin experience of Windows Server and Windows 10; migration to Windows 11/Windows Server 2022 or later preferred
Hands-on experience in hardware/software procurement
Government experience is preferred
Hands-on IT helpdesk support experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

Plan, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and verify Windows 11 migrations.
Inventory and assess hardware, software, OS, apps, and security configurations for ~400 staff.
Prepare deployment records and technical documentation.
Develop implementation plans, deployment schedules, test plans, migration procedures, and rollback arrangements.
Evaluate specifications and prepare requirements for EDR implementation.
Compare products/solutions and support procurement and vendor assessment for EDR.
Coordinate with PM, users, vendors, and service providers on EDR deployment with target completion by 2027.
Troubleshoot EDR installation/connectivity, alerts, policies, and config issues.
Monitor EDR deployment status, endpoint health, alerts, policy compliance, and remediation progress
